The rain stick is a pleasant and gentle percussion instrument. It fascinates children as the colourful beads fall through the internal workings. The sound is like gentle rain, it develops their musical ear, and brings them soothing calm and relaxation! Thanks to Lalaboom beads, the instrument also becomes a playful and progressive toy.

The beads and shapes in this set are designed to complement each other perfectly, with each function or activity corresponding to a specific stage of a child’s development. 

This rain stick provides multiple benefits: 

• 10 months - children will be able to use their senses to explore the different shapes and colours of the beads and shapes.
  
  
• Once they are about 15 months old, they will start opening and closing the beads, as well as recognising and counting shapes.
  
  
• From 18 months onwards, children will be able to mix the beads up or put them together to make different shapes. Tone the muscles of the child’s arm by lifting it.
  
  
• Once they reach 24 months old, children are ready to start building things! Children can create strings of beads and explore their creativity. He works his manual motor skills and his grip as he tries to grab and lift the rain stick.
